Making A Purchase

The Ansa site accepts Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Debit and Mastercards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Should you prefer to pay by alternative means, ie cheque or do not wish to input details at time of ordering please select "details sent separately" and contact us on 0800 015 4466 or write to us at Ansa, Ground Floor, 267 London Road, Stoneygate, Leicester, LE2 3BE.

Email addresses will be recorded for purposes of updating our customers with information on new products or special offers. Should you not require to subscribe either email us to remove address or respond to the first email with unsubscribe request. All addresses are held solely for the use of Ansa and will not be divulged to any third parties.

Shipping And Handling

All goods are despatched same day via Royal Mail providing the order is received before 3.00pm. All goods are fully insured during transportation. Items valued at over £50.00 are despatched by recorded delivery and therefore require a signature upon arrival. Postal charge is £0.99 First Class and £0.75 Applies to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Schedule

Providing your payment is cleared and the product are in stock you will normally receive your order the following working day (on all orders placed before 3.00pm GMT selecting First Class Royal Mail).

All products are dispatched by either Royal Mail (First or Second Class Post) or a courier service.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.

Tax Charges

All items shown on the site include VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. This is because the purchase are of our site is 100% secure. We utilise industry standard SecPay online secure shopping provider who allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your credit card details.

Information passed between your computer and secpay cannot be interfered with or read by someone else. If your Bank or Card issure holds you liable for any unathorised purchase, we will refund in full any unathorised transaction made with your debit or credit card providing the unathorised purchase resulted through no fault of your own.

Guarantee

Ansa inkjet and toner cartridges are manufactured using only the highest quality new and replacement components. Should you find any Ansa cartridge to be defective in use as a result of faulty workmanship within 6 months of purchase Ansa will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Ansa will indemnify you against any damage to your printer caused by one of their cartridges, upon receipt of a qualified engineers report verifying the cause of such damage. The use of Ansa products does not in anyway affect the manufacturers warranty.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. To take advantage of this please return to us any items in original condition for full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. To make a return please enclose details of your invoice and or order no, the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Send the package to the address as listed:

Privacy Policy

Personally identifiable data such as name address telephone no and email is collected at point of ordering. This data is used solely for Ansa to inform customers of confirmation of order, delays in delivery and any relevant special offers applicable. Should you not wish to receive offers by email, please let us know by emailing us with the message PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE. Ansa does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Our Returns Policy is Valid for 30 days from date of order.

At ansa we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. For incorrectly ordered or unwanted items please see "Our Guarantee" for the returns procedure.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the price you paid for the item (we will despatch a stamped addressed envelope for your return item). Any Cartridges which are more than 50% used or have been tampered with after receipt may not be returned as defective

To return an item, simply enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address, e-mail contact or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Please send the package to the address below:

Please Note:

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Due to the competitive pricing of products offered by ansa, we must strictly adhere to the returns policy herein provided.

Remittance Terms

If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must inform our Internet Orders Processing department within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. For unwanted goods please see section on guarantee for returns proceedure.
